Welcome to DEMOCRITIC Project!
DEMOCRTIC is a long term project that aims at promoting youth active citizenship and boosting young people’s involvement in the democratic process at local, regional and European level.
It is granted by Youth in Action Programme in the frame of the action 1.3: “Youth Democracy Projects”.
DEMOCRITIC is made up of 3 training courses to be held in
San Sebastian (Spain) May 7-13, 2010,
Krakow (Poland) September 23 -29, 2010
and Naples (Italy) December 2010 expected dates are around 13th to 20th december
and will gather young people from 12 organizations from Spain, Poland, Italy, Greece, Turkey and Romania.

| Details | The seminar aims at developing competences of active citizenship and youth participation and promoting democratic values. In particular, this event will focus on the problem of Organized Crime and the activities and measures taken to fight against it. Training sessions will be based on non formal education and will stimulate intercultural dialogue. The activities program will include round tables, group discussions and workshops about:
Moreover, the participants will have the chance to prepare a real strategy to encourage youth participation and to try it in the real world (practical activity “on the ground”) | ||
